Lance and his team did an awesome job. The video tour was simply amazing and impressive. Lance was straight forward and very helpful. He walked the house in preparation for the photographer and made recommendations on what to include or remove from each room to ensure the best listing photo’s were taken. The first offer came in on January 10th only 10 days after it was listed. Considering it was the middle of winter I would say that’s impressive. I just want to say a big giant “thank you” for selling my house! We had one of the “big name” realtors prior to “Victory Realty Elite”. For months, there were showings, but no offers. I started to realize that during the selling process, the realtors involved most in the sale were the buyer’s agents. Combining this realization with the fact that I needed to drop the price, I did some searching for a new realtor. After a few weeks of trying to sell our house as a for sale by owner, my husband and I decided to hire a realtor to sell our home. We interviewed seven realtors over a course of two weeks. All of the realtors were very informative and helpful with answering all of the questions we had. But when negotiating price, most realtors wanted 6% in realtor fees. Between the realtor fees and the disconnect we felt when talking with most of the realtors we were very discouraged because we felt like we were back at square one. Thank you Lance for getting my duplex sold quickly and painlessly! I attempted to sell it myself for several months earlier this year and that went nowhere.
